The following are the steps to obtain live help from our support specialist:

1. Enter the pin number into the PIN code box and click on OK button.
2. On Windows computer you'll see a confirmation box to allow you to run our client program:
   
3. Select "Run"
4. After the above file is downloaded (it may take several minutes to download the file) you'll get another confirmation:
   
5. Select "Run" .
6. If you get another prompt :
   
7. Select "Unblock".
8. In the next box select Ok and allow the support personal to share your computer. NOTE: While the support person troubleshoot your problem you will be able to see what they are doing. Please make sure that you've given the support specialist your master password for DCPe
