Delivery Driver Steps

1. Deliver driver(s) or employees simply scans the barcodes on  all outgoing orders for that route
2. DCP points out discrepancies (wrong orders, missing orders, overdue invoices) as a single easy manifest.
3. Discrepancies are fixed or acknowledged before delivery
4. After delivery, all undelivered orders are scanned again and the delivery run is closed.

Billing Office Steps

1. Delivery  statements are generated in a single step with DCP
2. Customers with credit-card numbers on account are automatically charged by DCP
3. Incoming checks are entered against the customer account in DCP

Manager Steps

1. Creates new routes or customers with DCP.
2. Ongoing maintenance of routes, schedules, labor and customers
