Below you'll find some common reports generated by Prism report program that is shipped with the Prism Program. This program has a simple to use screen
that will help you trace problems and in-efficiencies. It will also allow you to view data remotely from another computer.

Lookup Items
Prism reports allows you to trace any item throughout your store. By using the lookup screen and searching by order number or customer number, you can see complete history
of any item for that customer. If you have permanent labels associated with an item, you'll even see its history in the prior orders.

Activity Summary
This report shows you a summary of your operations. You can run this report for a specific day or by multiple days by using our date range feature. The following report (from real store)
shows you that 47 errors were caught with final verification check.

Detailed History by Ticket
This report gives you a detailed history of each item in a ticket. It will tell you when an individual item of that ticket was assembled and verified. If you are tracking other events, like
pressing, washing etc. they will also appear here.
When will you use it?
- When you need to find a lost item on a ticket.
- As a proof to you and your customers that a mis-marked item never made it to your store
- To see what presser worked on individual items of an order.

Hourly Activity Chart
This chart gives you an overall picture of today’s operation. For example, in the below graph, which is from a
real store, you will see that incoming orders from marking (brown lines), peaked around 2pm however assembly (green and blue lines)
did not pickup until 4pm.
When will you use it?
- Throughout the day, this chart will show you whether your operations is meeting order deadlines.
- Shows you the operation status of a specific account (routes, hotels)
- Whether your presser, marking, or assembly operator is meeting commitments?
- Where the plant’s current bottleneck is?
- Rearrange labor to accommodate workload in individual departments.

Activity by Tag Number
Shows you detailed lifetime history of an individual garment within your store.
When will you use this report?
- If you loose an item, you can easily trace the history of that item and its siblings within your store using Detailed History report.

History of Assembly Location
This report shows you the history of an individual assembly location.

Operation Overview
This report gives you the overall efficiency of your operation. You can run this report by daily or date range feature to customize the report for your needs.
When will you use this report?
- To study labor requirements
- To study efficiency trend of labor over time
- To predict load for the next day
- To see how your operation respond to work-load (e.g. damaged garments vs workload) and therefore optimize labor requirements.

Prism Plant Monitor
Prism Plant Monitor is another program that is shipped with the Prism. Normally this program is constantly running on your office or home computer and gives you a live snapshot of your store operations. It gives you live data of workload in each department
